Hotel does not offer any decoration services. Decoration is to be handled by the client. Ceremony Venue on the dock is at a scheduled time no excluding more than 2 hours for Setup, Ceremony and Break-down timeline must be respected as we have another event scheduled

We do not serve the event cake after the cake cutting ceremony but put it on the Coffee table with plates, cutlery & Napkins with knife and serving spatula and guests can serve themselves
Our Facility is equipped for Special Needs guests, but client has to let us know in advance of your expected guests with special needs so we can accommodate them accordingly.
We offer a block of rooms at the Ramada Jackson’s Point Resort & Spa at a discounted rate, which will expire three (3) months prior to the event date. A Block code will be provided for the client and their guests to book directly with the Resort. Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out is 11 am.

Outdoor Easel has to be properly secured due to wind.
In case of Platted dinner, you can do takeout, but in case of the buffet, we do not allow takeaway.

Any Wedding Planner, Vendors, DJ’s appointed by the Client must submit a copy of the Liability and Property Damage Insurance coverage to the Hotel.
