• There are no Sound system, speakers & mic on dock. We only provide the electrical outlet.

Sure you can have a Rehearsal outside, preferably after 6 pm. If the dock is not having any other scheduled Ceremony.

Incase we have a ceremony in progress. Also, you can have your dinner and drinks in the restaurant, a reservation is being suggested if more than 8 people. Also, we offer Rehearsal Dinner Menu

This is subject to reservation, but you can always use one of our small meeting rooms to have your Rehearsal Dinner and we also offer a Rehearsal Menu.

• Check in time in rooms is 3pm and check out time is 11 am
• Early check in can be requested at 1pm (subject to availability) at $50/room
• Late check out can be requested till 1pm (subject to availability) at $50/room

• Cocktail hour will happen in same venue where reception is being hosted.
• Cocktail hour is for 1 hour and bar time starts from that time.

Hotel does not offer any decoration services. Decoration is to be handled by the client. The ceremony location on the dock will only be available for two hours including setup at the scheduled time. The ceremony timeline must be followed as we have another event schedule.

• If any decoration is left behind, Hotel will dispose of them and charge the Client cleaning fees of $500.
• We provide 2 separate basic arch for the ceremony on the dock and for the reception hall
• We do not move the arch from ceremony Location to Reception hall
• Decorating and breakdown is bride and groom’s responsibility
• Basic Arch is Provided for Decoration by the client

• Reception hall can be set up 5 hours prior to the event start time.
• All Decorations for the Ceremony and Reception should be removed at the end of Event.
• Hotel is not responsible for any lost decoration items.
• Reception venue is for 5 hours for the event. (décor time is not included in event time)
• Third party vendors should have their own insurance and provide a copy
• We have a preferred vendor list.

Yes, we provide table numbers on the table, based on the seating form that you have submitted.

Dock Size:

• Dock Size –  33’ x 33’
• Dock Walkway Size –  80’ x 6’

Dock Hours:

• Dock will be given for 2 hours for ceremony & photo shoot.
• Dock can be decorated only an hour prior to ceremony start time.
• Break down at the end of the ceremony

We do not serve the event cake after the cake cutting ceremony but put it on the Coffee table with plates, cutlery & Napkins with knife and serving spatula and guests can serve themselves

• To avoid miscommunication, we prefer to talk to bride & groom, or any one designated person assigned by the couple on wedding day.
• All Vendors should have their own insurance and provide a copy

• We do not allow outside food or catering
• We have in-house catering
• We also offer vegan and gluten free for guest with diet restrictions

• Kids under 3 are free but they will not get a seat. (Highchairs can be provided)
• Kids from 3 to 10 years old will be charged at 50% off from the package you choose.
• They can order from kids’ menu which will be charged $55/meal

Our Facility is equipped for Special Needs guests, but client has to let us know in advance of your expected guests with special needs so we can accommodate them accordingly.

• No Candles, confetti, Color bombs allowed on dock, reception hall and tent.
• No plastic flower petals are allowed on Aisle on dock.
• You can use real flower petals on the aisle or on the dock for ceremony.
• You cannot bring your own liquor.

We offer a block of rooms at the Ramada Jackson’s Point Resort & Spa at a discounted rate, which will expire three (3) months prior to the event date. A Block code will be provided for the client and their guests to book directly with the Resort. Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out is 11 am.

• We will provide you with a discounted room rate for your wedding guest for the day of your event and the BOOKING LINKS expires 90 days before the event date.
• Early Check-In is subject to availability and not guaranteed

Obtaining a valid marriage license is the sole responsibility of the bride and groom. The marriage license must be provided to the officiant before the ceremony.

We have 2 Indoor Easels.

Outdoor Easel has to be properly secured due to wind.

In case of Platted dinner, you can do takeout, but in case of the buffet, we do not allow takeaway.

If it is a seated dinner, we might not be able to offer the same menu.

If it is a Buffet, any additional guest for the event will be additional charge to be settled by the Host before we provide the extra chairs.

Any Wedding Planner, Vendors, DJ’s appointed by the Client must submit a copy of the Liability and Property Damage Insurance coverage to the Hotel.

You can use the front entrance of the hotel or the back door at the end of the 1st-floor corridor.

Anytime after 930am, subject to noise level not affecting the neighborhood and hotel guests.
