- Reception hall can be set up 5 hours prior to the event start time.
- All Decorations for the Ceremony and Reception should be removed at the end of Event.
- Hotel is not responsible for any lost decoration items.
- Reception venue is for 5 hours for the event. (décor time is not included in event time)
- Third party vendors should have their own insurance and provide a copy
- We have a preferred vendor list.
